I love all clients that come through the door at 4K Designs By KeLai. I want to make sure everyone feels comfortable in my positive & friendly Hair Studio. That’s why I've set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through the doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return again and again. Take a quick read. Cancellations/Reschedules are as follows:

Please communicate if you're running late. If you are 15 minutes late there is a $15 fee added to your style total. If you're more than 30 mins behind you will need to reschedule your appointment for another day.

Please call/text 24 hrs if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment  SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED
