**Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy:**

- If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. 
- Arriving 15 minutes late will incur a $15 fee added to your total cost.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment for another day.

**Please note:** Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.
